Model Withdrawal Form

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal under Section 10 of our Terms and Conditions, you may use the model withdrawal form. Use of this form is not mandatory — you may also submit your withdrawal request by any other clear written statement (e.g., an email to [email protected]).

The form must be submitted within 14 days of acceptance of your order. Once received, we will acknowledge your request and process any applicable refund in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
